When driving home from work, I enjoy listening to podcasts to help me wind down and relax. It opens my mind to a whole new world of ideas and life experiences.. and I am inspired to work on myself.
If I need a pick-me-upper, I watch tv shows that make me laugh and cry like Modern Family and Grace & Frankie. Feels good to laugh and be reminded about what really matters in life.
I indulge my sweet tooth. I love dark chocolate--so much that I once received three chocolate cakes for my birthday. The thoughtful gestures made me feel loved and special.
